How to assign VM Storage Policy via TAGs

Hi,

I'm wanting to automatically assign a specific (vSAN) storage policy to a VM based on a tag. (This is not for initial placement to a datastore, information on how to do this is plentiful)

The different storage policies I have already setup dictate settings such as the PFFT and SFFT and Raid 1/5 etc.

Is this possible? Or is this a manual process per VM of assigning the storage policy?

Running vSAN 6.6 and vSphere 6.5 U2.
