The "certification" area where you have now created a duplicate post is for technical accreditations that can be given to people by them passing exams, not to hardware/software.
That thread has been reported to the volunteer moderators for removal. I'll report this thread too so they take a look at it to see if it would be better in another area - please don't create any more threads or they'll all get reported too.
