4 node vSAN cluster one node gives disk space warning in Skyline Health

Running 4 hosts in a vSAN cluster - vSphere 6.6U3 and vCenter 6.7U3 on standalone Cisco UCS C240 rack mount servers. Skyline health gives me a warning that one host disk usage is excessive, leaving only 578GB free. I logged into the vCenter Appliance rvc console and ran the command vsan.proactive_rebalance_info and it showed the said host could move 500GB of data. So I did the rebalance manually. I came in today and nothing really changed in vCenter although another run of the rvc command did not show anything.

I am concerned a I planned to upgrade to vSphere 6.5U3 tomorrow but don't want to attempt it if there are issues. But besides the upgrade how would I go about troubleshooting this issue? I noticed there are quite a few VM's running on this host.
