3-node single CPU vSAN on Essentials Plus license issue

I have 3 single CPU servers running on Essentials Plus Kit which limit to 3 hosts with max 2 CPU each. If I would like deploy vSAN, can I just buy 3x vSAN CPU license, or I need to buy all 6x CPU license? Thx.

3x CPU as that is all that could be consumed with this setup.
