Hi,
I am running vRA 8.4.0 and would like to patch our installation to 8.4.2 (or 8.4.1), but the patches never show up in life cycle manager.
I'm using a valid my vmware account and I always click 'check online' but nothing gets updated for vRA 8.4.
I upgraded to LCM 8.4.1.1 thinking the version I was on did not support upgrading vra to 8.4.1 or 8.4.2.
I can see 8.4.1 and 8.4.2 in my download area of my vmware, so I'm not sure what's going on.
May have to open up a support ticket, but thought I'd ask here first if there was a simple answer as to why I don't see patches for 8.4. available.

I think you might need to install LCM 8.4.1.1 PATCH1 before those vRA upgrades will be discoverable. (Or at least that's what seem to have done the trick when I ran into the same thing a few days ago.)
Edit: Also, be sure you're looking for an "upgrade" Product Binary, not a Patch Binary.
