VMware Identity Manager Time Sync

Hi, 

When I try to sync vidm with ntp server, the error message appears like this, "Error configuring Time Synchronization, check logs for more info. Error getting NTP Status"

Have you seen this before?  Please help me to sync vidm time with ntp server..

I have tried to sync manually using command line "date -s [day] [Month] [hours:minutes:seconds]"      This is just a moment.  after  I reboot the vidm appliance, the time is set to previous time. 

Please help me.

Hello @onware1 how are you?

This is a known issue that was solved in vIDM 3.3.3. There is a workaround, you can open a SR and our support team can help you =).
