Removing vRealize Orchestrator Plug-In for vSphere Client from vCenter

I inherited a VMware environment where vRealize has been neglected for some time.  I recently upgrade vCenter to 7.0 which leave a vRO plugin Incompatible (version 7.3).  After looking at the environment and speaking to the Director, vRO is not even used in the stack, yet the option to disable this plug-in in vCenter is greyed out.  The only articles I'm finding to remove this plugin is to do it through the vRO UI, but the server does not exist.  Anyone know of a better way to remove this plug-in?

You can remove the Plugin with the vCenter Extension Manager-> https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1025360
