2) What version of Service now instance is compatible for 7.4 plugin ?

An updated plug-in is not available. You'll just have to wait.

Thank you for the response. According to vRA 7.4 what's new blog -  vRealize Automation 7.4 - What's New ITSM plugin 3.0 is supported. Is it so ? or we need to wait for an updated plugin?

The 4.0 version of the plugin was release a few weeks ago. Please see the links below. Compatibility matrix is included in the Configuring the vRealize Automation Plug-in for ServiceNow document on page 5.
