the certificate its correct and NTP also.
has it ever worked?
are you running appliances or linux?
single cell or group behind a load balancer?
need more info, but one thing you can do is check if console is listening on each cell
netstat -nape | grep -i 8443
if you dont see it return a result of tcp listening on that port, then console proxy service crashed, you have to restart the vmware-vcd service
hello airheadpilot,
thanks for your answer,
yes its working before
yes we have 3 cells machine vmware appliance and configured with load balancing
root@vcd2 [ ~ ]# netstat -nape | grep -i 8443
tcp6 0 0 10.10.7.12:8443 :::* LISTEN 1003 4748750 26109/java
we have already reboot the service and the appliances also, still the same issue.
SSL handshake is failing, please ensure Console proxy sessions are not getting terminated at the load balancer.
hello Scree,
thanks for your reply, I checked the LB below the screen for the pools:
The LB is configured in NSX Edge ( NSX-V), and is working fine without any issue,
all this configuration is not edited and is working before without any issue.
Any specific reasons why two cells are showing as down? Is the console working fine when you bypass LB? You can certainly do a network capture to know where traffic is getting dropped. Either Port configurations are wrong at VCD cells or it is blocked by firewall devices.
