vcloud http blank grey screen

Hi Guys,.

I'm setting up a vcloud environment for some testing and after running through the setup which went according to plan, I only get a blank grey screen on the setup wizard screen.  Its like the background of the homepage loads but no content.   I also get it when i try to goto the /cloud site.  i've confirmed that the vcd-watchdog and vcd-cell services are running and did a cheeky restart of them to confirm they are ok.

Has anyone else seem this?

I have exactly the same problem!  It looks like a java window (a small logo bottom right) then goes to "page cannot be displayed".  Still trying to resolve it.

Seems there may be many causes, i'm not sure that its a DNS issue with my issue as I even get it when i try to get onto it locally in Red Hat.  Good info in that thread though i'll have a look through. Thanks

well yeah but i'm still trying to find out why! lol, i had to restart it and when it came back up it started working, nto for about 5 minutes after it had booted but I can now get to the wizard ok.

As I said I'm still not sure what happened. As i didn't change anything and i'd rebooted the vcloud server a few times before.

If I find out I'll let you know!  Don;t you just love a reliable service! lol

Haha, yeh exactly!

I'm still not having any luck with mine.  I did get it working briefly not it's stopped working again.

Going to look at the firewall ports.

i've disabled that for now, just to ensure it doesn't affect it,
