vcloud director 10.1 os customization user pass fail

Hi There,

I'm using the vcloud director 10.1 I have a trouble os customization. When the start or add vm's vapp then I see the error Unable to start vApp "test-vapp". - Cannot complete login due to an incorrect user name or password. - Cannot complete login due to an incorrect user name or password. - Input/output error.

I can try to change vcenter but I see same error. 

Vmware support team said ./cell-management-tool manage-config -n vcloud.val.httptransfer.useVcenterUrl -d and restart cell. But unable the resolv problem.

What does mean user name or password? 

How can I update or change os customization user name or password?

which guest os you use?

We faced issues about guest customization doesn't complete after upgrade vcd from 9.7 to 10.1.2 but we  don't get any error message.

1. centos8.3  guest customization doesn't work without installing perl (minimal installation doesn't include perl)

2. Windows 2012r2/2008r2  guest customization doesn't work. (support team provides workaround solution by replacing windows guest customization tool under /opt/vmware/vcloud-director/guestcustomization/default64/windows)
