vcd open remote console error

hi everyone:

i have one vc and vcd1.0 ,has tow esx,after configed vcd and open vm on vcd web ,but display remote console error.
error message:
Error opening the remote virtual machine 10.245.242.102\vm-147
An error occured while transferring data.
upgrade to vcd1.01, error still occured.

how can i fix it?

Make sure you provided the correct IP addresses for the Public URLs.

As Sysadmin, go to the Administration tab and click on Public Addresses.  Make sure these are correct for  your network.

Owen,  checkout this KB 1026293  I had the exact same problem coming from a NAT firewall...  Worked great for me.   Hope this helps!  Will http://twitter.com/wsellers

You want to add the line that will allow vCD to listen/proxy to your external IP address... If you have questions, let me know.
