We are using vmware vCD v5.5.
While restarting the vcd cell or rebooting the VM we do land quite frequently into vCD cell stuck up at 33% with the following message in cell.log
"Application startup event: Error during application startup. Shutting down. (Missing: com.vmware.vcloud.hybrid-networking)".
However after trying to start and stop the service for some random times the service starts up.
Not sure why do we see this behavior , has it got anything to do with our network to which the VM is connected.?
Any pointers would be highly appreciated.
