vCloud Director downgrade

Hi,

Yesterday I installed vCloud Director 8.20 into our lab and there are some problems with that and now i want to back to 8.10, but i can't find any downgrade process for that. Where can i find it? Or do you know how can I do it?

Hi,

there is no roll back option available in vCloud director upgrade. If you have taken snapshot or clone of VCD before upgrade then it will be helpful.

BTW, what are the problems you see with 8.20? just curious.

There is a minor update '8.20.0.1' release for 8.20 which has some bug fixes. Its worth to have a look.

There is no direct downgrade available - if you have VC/VCD DB backup taken prior to upgrade you can restore and that will work for sure.
