vCloud Connector - API access

Can the vcloud connector be accessed via an API - REST or otherwise instead of from within vCenter. I have been searching for this and am unable to find anything related to this.

There are no APIs exposed in the 1.0 release, this was mentioned by one of the vCloud Connector guys on the VMTN community podcast last week or so. I think they're looking at exposing an API in the future, but no plans at the moment. Right now they have a bunch of .js files that are called to perform the various tasks connecting to either vSphere or vCloud target
