vCD upgrade path

We are running a version 5.5.2 of vCNS that is going End of Gen. Support in September and would to get this upgraded along with upgrading vCD for Service Providers from 5.5.1 to version 8 or 8.1 and vCNS to NSX 6.2.X along with ESXi 5.5. What is the upgrade path we should take to accomplish this?
