registering a replicated VM

Hello,

I have a vCloud setup with two providers (2 different vCenter servers).

Between the two providers I have setup vSphere replicator and would like to register the replicated VM back to vCenter so it can show it to the user in the vCloud Interface.

I seem to remember coming across some piece of code that allowed vCloud to register a random VM from the underlying vCenter but fail to find it at the moment.

Can anybody point me to a procedure to do this registration ? The replication is done periodically so importing the VM to a catalog and making a deployment from that catalog is not really an option.

Thanks,

Cristian

There is an "Import from vSphere" button inside a vApp or Catalog.  Just know that vCloud Director will treat it as a brand new instance, for sake of assigning IPs and customization.
