"The following IP/MAC addresses have already been used by running virtual machines"

Hi everyone

I have this error when i try to power on a VM in vApp in vcloud director 9.7  while none of the IP addresses that are listed in the error are using by my VM.

I have also check vcloud database in allocated_ip_address table i saw my vm does not have these ip address.

I also tried to reset mac address, disconnect the related nic card or change the method from static to dhcp but nothing changed

Can everyone help me on this please?

This is common old issue when adding templates to catalog
