"Power off" instead of "Suspend" when runtime lease expires

Hi all,

I'd like to ask you if it's possible to change the default "Suspend" action that is triggered when the runtime lease of a vApps expires.

Suspended VMs take a lot of storage space with their .vmss files and I wonder if there is any way to change the default behavior of vCloud to power off the vApps once their runtime lease is over.

Thanks,

mattia

there is in Lab Manager, but not in vCloud Director as far as I know.  Can you file an SR as a feature request, and PM me the SR number?

I know you aren't the only one asking about something like this.  If the feature exists, it's probably a DB switch (like Lab Manager).

Just know that Lab Managers feature was global ... just On = suspend at lease expiry, or off = Power Off at least expiry.

I'd like to see it as a per organization flag or something like that.
