"Internal Error" on vApp Creation in vCloud Director

Hey community we are getting the following error on vApp creation :

"Internal error" (see attached file) - Cell Logs are showing that there is a Java Connection Error to vCenter API (Webservices)

After restart of vCenter Service and vCenter Webservice it is working again for a short while and then coming up with the same error. vCloud Cell and vCenter Server have been restarted of course. It seams like the Java is running in some kind of memory leak or overload

We are using Version 5.1.2 1068441 of vCloud Director / vCenter Version is 5.1.0 1123961

Stopping and starting vApps is still working in this condition.

It seems to be more related to vSheild manager/vCNS

Check the logs first on vCNS.

Logon to vCloud $VCLOUD_HOME/logs and check for cell.log

Not cell.log.  Cell.log is for the starting of the java services inside the application.

vcloud-container-debug.log file is what would hold the internal server error message.  If you can reproduce the error state and then capture the log file from the cell, please post it here.
