can't connect to vCloud Director VA 5.1 admin portal

I just try to deloy vCloud-Director-VA-T2-5.1.1.0-875157_OVF10.ova on ESXi 5.1 build 799733, then I can ping both two IP address (192.168.17.51/24 192.168.17.52/24), but can't connect to https://192.168.17.51/cloud, telnet to 192.168.17.51 443/80 are failed, also can't ssh to the appliance. Any ideas?

I'm having the exact same issue. That blog posting did not help - it was already set to the fix from the start of deployment.
