I understand how the exporting of a vApp works but what is the OVF export speed based on?
Is it the resources vCloud Cell? The resources of the vCenter Server? Or does it use the raw processing power of the host?
Initiate an OVF export and observe the tasks on the vCenter server. From memory most of the magic will happen on an ESXi host.
