Hi,
I have gone through this exercise several times now.
After upgrading vCD from 5.1 to 5.5.6 I can no longer access the vCD web console.
It appears that the page cannot be displayed or the web services are not running.
I did upgrade vShield to 5.1.4 but am unsure if we need to upgrade to 5.5.4 or if the vShield upgrade is unrelated.
Has anyone experienced this behavior? What resolved it?

Hi,
The issue was the SSL/TLS configuration of the browser.
I suspect that the newer vCD uses TLS rather than SSL and therefore the original browser configuration had to be modified to include TLS.

Is it possible that browser settings have an impact on the ability to connect?
Does vCD 5.5.6 use TLs 1.x and not support SSL?
