Anyone seen this before ? I have seen this in production and assumed that this is due to the fact the cluster is shared between multiple Resource Pools and the Resource Pool dedicated to vCloud Director - but I also see this in my lab where there is only one Resource Pool. Only google hit seem to be a guy who raised the memory guarantee in VCD (from 20% to 21 or 22%) and apparently only with imported VMs.
This setup (my lab that is) runs 5.1.3 with just one Org VDC (Elastic Allocation Model) with 100% memory guaranteed.
Only idea I got left is opening a ticket but I thought I ask.
