VMware vCloud Director 9.5 - download link

VMware announced on 24th August 2018 a new major release of vCD 9.5 but somehow I cannot find any download links in my partner portal. Is 9.5 already GA?

Have anyone been successful to obtain new version?

It's not GA yet which is why you can't find a download link.

We don't know futures and, even if we did, we couldn't say them here.

We announced vCD 9.5 at VMworld 2018. Anything VMware announces must release the solution within the same fiscal quarter due to regulations. Our fiscal quarter ends at the end of October, so expect it very soon.
