VMware Remote Console's (VMRC) Removable Devices is greyed out when connected to vCD 9.1 Tenant Portal

Tenants on vCD 9.1 are unable to attach removable drives from Host to their VM. They typical need this to move files from their Systems to VM.

Is there a solution to this?
