VMRC Console black screen

Hi there

I have two separated cloud environments up and running. After the update to vcloud 5.1.2 on one cloud infrastructure there is only a black screen if I try to connect to a vApp/VM trough the vmrc plugin (sometimes it says also disconnected or the plugin stop working).

Software versions:

    vCloud Director:           5.1.2 1068441

    vShield Manager:         5.1.2-943471

    vCenter:                      5.1.0 1123961

    ESXi:                          5.1.0 1117900

     vDS:                           5.1.0 00000

I'm using Firefox 21.0 with the newest plugin downloaded from vcloud 5.1.2. It's very strange because both cloud are mostly configured like the same and I always try to connected with the same client(attachments).

DNS resolutions are working like a charm. Firstly in vSphere the console tab used to show also a black screen. I add the permissios for the local vcenter administrator and the domain administrator like described in this article:

VMware KB: Remote console screen of virtual screen is blank.

Did I have to give permissions to other users ?

Now I don't have any ideas anymore. 😞

Can you set the vmrc process to high priority at task manager on the desktop from where you are opening the vmrc console...

Same result ! I tried to set the priority of the vmrc plugin and of the firefox plugin container to high.

Has someone an other idea ? I searching for about 4 days to fix that problem 😞
