VM freezes for about 10 seconds for 6 - 10 times everyday

I have RHEL guest running on Cloud Director 5.5. VM freezes for about 10 seconds for 6-10 times everyday at 2'o clock in the night and 12'o clock at afternoon. I measured this by running the date command every second on the VM. What could be the issue here..

Do you have anything that does a snapshot going on.  (For example backup process)?

No. I am not using snapshots. And Backup is also not performed.
