VCloud Director Applications Network Profiles with NSX-T

Ran into something strange where if appears that if the Service in NSX-T is set to ALG, it didn't pass the port down to VCD for the Application Network Profiles. Has anyone else ran into this? Examples I saw it on was FTP and TFTP. Tested in VCD 10.3.3.1 and 10.4.1.

Are you configuring services directly from NSX UI and expecting it to reflect in VCD Tenant UI?
