VCD 9.7 Configuration

Hi

IHAC who's running the 9.7 linux build of VCD with an external MSSQL DB.  I've been asked to test and document the migration to postgres and then upgrade to 10.1.4

I've installed 9.7.  The flash /cloud page doesn't work so I'm trying the /login

I'm expecting a configuration page to load but all I'm given is a login page, I've not configured any users and none of the passwords I've guess at work. Is it possible to configure this version without flash?
