Unable to create Org vDC Network

I'm trying to create an isolated network for an organization, and I see the following error on creation:

"Cannot deploy organization VDC network  (e90bc014-47f4-43dd-80dc-299228383388)
com.vmware.ssdc.util.LMException: DV portgroup dvs.VCDVSInternal-5b323cfb-abbb-4185-95f0-744417f418fc is not found in the inventory after creation"

Can anyone advise on where the issue is coming from?

It probably means the vcenter proxy isn't working. In system, manage & monitor, go to the Cells page and see if the vcenter proxy is running on any cell

Yeah, for some reason there was a second entry in the Cells list... It came up as offline. I deleted that and the problem is resolved. (We only have one Cell in our vCloud environment.)
