Unable to connect to the MKS: Internal error (Trying to power on a VM, in a vApp, using vCloud Director)

Anyone had this happen? It's my first test VM in my lab. Everything else works, but not this part??

I'm using Duncan Epping's vCloud Director Lab setup.

So far, twice I failed to power on my vApps. First because of VMware tools and second was due to no sysprep found by vCD.
