TKGs clusters appear as unavailable in App Launchpad locations

I am able to reach TKG cluster control plane from ALP. 

Note: It is TKGs(no CSE).

Thank you for your response. I am able to fix the issue by assigning an External address to TKG cluster and configure DNAT for it.
