Storage vmotion in vCloud Director API

Hi

Is there an option to do a storage vmotion in vCloud director , I know you can do a storage vmotion using the vSphere Client as long as your new datastore is part of the same organization virtual datacentre’s.

As per the Architecting-VMware-vCloud.pdf , "Relocating vApp disks is possible using the vCloud API " where is this option ?

Thank you for the feedback, exactly what I needed, just to confirm two ways to do a storage vmotion with vCloud director using the vSphere Client and using the vCloud API , is there anything available in vCloud director web interface ?
