Setting boot order for a VM through BIOS in vCD

So, let me preface this with the fact that I know one could set the boot order throught he VMX file, or increase the boot delay on the BIOS to get access to a VM's boot order through the console through the vSphere client.

That said, I was wondering if anyone has found a way to access a VM's boot order or BIOS options through vCD itself, either via the UI or API.  It doesn't LOOK like there's a way to do it through the UI, but I figured I'd reach out to the greater community to see if anyone knows any other options.

Only option we have found is to connect to the vSphere API and set the flag to boot to bios on next boot.  VCD gives you the moref so you can get to the vSphere object, but I know this does not work if you are not the provider (as many providers do not give access into the vCenter layer)
