I have migrated the VCD DB from external SQL to PostgreSQL and then upgraded it to 10.3.3. It seems that the vCD users have gained permission to view VDCs that they did not have permission to view before migration/upgrade.
If anyone has come across this issue or knows about it, please help. Thank you.acc
