RecomposedVapp Task from api

When I create or delete from a Vapp.  Task only says Recomposing Vapp.  where do I get the link to the vm and if it was deleted or created?  I do have blocking tasks.

Recomposing VApp is a task at the system level I need the information at an Org level thanks.
