Problems with newly installed second cell

Hello all:

I have completed the install of our second vCloud Director. The installation went fine according to the documentation and some other published documents found cia the "All Mighty Google".

The VCD services and applications start properly (validated this in the cell.log). The problem is that the web portal does not respond. It connects but after a while it just fails.

If I connect to to the first cell, I can see that the second cell appears listed and OK.

Any ideas?

Did you open the firewall on cell 2 for port 443 inbound?  RHEL and CentOS block it by default.  Alternatively, you could just shut down the IP tables service and try to connect.
