No resource pools were found for vCenter

All this is done on a test environment,

Want to allocate resource to an organisation, so i have to create a Provider VDC first,

well ,I am trying to create a Provider VDC, but im getting an error saying No resource pools were found for vCenter. I did create a resource pool, see screenshots below.

But it seems Vcloud Director can't see the resource pool.

There's a green tick next to my vcenter, so , looks that everything is fine, not sure what im doing wrong.

See the following requirements: Create a Provider Virtual Datacenter

Verify that at least one vCenter Server is attached with an available resource pool to vCloud Director. The resource pool must be in a vCenter clusterconfigured to use automated DRS. The vCenter Server must have the vShield for VMware vCloud Director license key.

Verify that vSAN is disabled on the vSphere cluster you are using.

Set up the VXLAN infrastructure in vShield Manager. See "VXLAN Virtual Wires Management" in the vShield Administration Guide.
