No change IP on Virtual Machine

Hi, I have question, thanks for help me.

I create new virtual machine on vcloud director. This virtual machine when get one public ip from my ip pool. I don't want my customer change this public IP. How can I do that?

you cannot prevent them from changing the IP address inside the Guest OS if they have sufficient access at the OS level.
