NIC removal while VM powered on failing in vCD 10.1.2

Hi,

The issue is, while we are trying to delete NIC of powered on VM, it does not allow to remove NIC and force to power off the VM which we don’t want. The vCD version is 10.1.2.16779297. We need to know if there is workaround or patch for it?

Actually, in the terraform page, it says it is known bug of 10.1 but I could not find it in any release notes of vCD. I would confirm if it is really known bug and in which release/patch it is fixed.

Hi,

Primary network interface cannot be removed while VM is running. That is a feature. Secondary interfaces can be removed.
