I am a user of vCloud Director (with very limited access to the group that administers the environment).
Our vCloud was upgraded to vCloud 5.1.1 three weeks ago. Since that upgrade we have had NOTHING but issues.
- Server icons in the vApp always show as "Unavailable" no matter what the server status.
- False error messages stating a server is not available after I just deleted it from the vApp, which thows you out to the vCloud home page and you wait thru 3 long screen refreshes before you can get back in to the vApp.
- Screen refreshes take 15 to 30 seconds after most actions.
- vApp search filter is cleared every time you return from a vApp.
- Screen displays are NOT always correct (working with 2 vApps this morning, my screen said I was in vApp named 370, I right-clicked and started a server in that vApp, the screen IMMEDIATELY refreshed showing it to be vApp 371 and the incorrect server was starting).
These may be known issues, issues reported by my IT group.... I don't know. WE have reported the issues up to our IT department, but as the user of vCloud, I am desperate to find solutions.
Is anybody else running the 5.1.1 upgrade? How are your systems working?
