Hi guys
I'm using vClould Director 5.5 and I'm facing some cases where clients keep getting this message: "An upgrade is available for the client integration plug-in. Click ok to download the plug-in or Cancel to proceed without updating" in any browser but the default one we are using is IE 11.
We uninstalled the plug in many times, installed again and still keep getting the same message every time we try to open the console for any VM.
We added the URL to the trusted site and also added to the Compatibility View Settings and still no joy.
Any idea where I should be looking into ?
