IOPs per VM setting in vCD

Is there a way I can set this by Org vDC level so that all the VMs created in that Org will have that IOPS limit? I don't want to go to vCenter and change manually on every VM!

I don't recall seeing something to limit IOps for anything (VM, Org vDC, Provider vDC etc). Are you referring to Disk shares added to ESX 4.1 to control IO, or something else specifically? A screen capture of the vSphere setting would be helpful if I were to place a feature request.

Currently not possible indeed, but I think all of us can see the value.
