I can't stop the vAPP

I'm implementing a new template vAPP:

1. I create the vAPP
2. I install the SO (W2008 R2)
3. I enable the "customization check into the properties of the VM"
4. The VM then restart the operating system

In the four point I have the problema, the vAPP is all time in "powering status" is not posible shutdown the vAPP. I'm try the power off the app with the "stop" and with the "Force Stop" but the vAPP don't stop. Into the virtual center the status of the machine is shutdown.

When I try to do a "Force Stop" I recive the next message:

"The entity 2008_VM is busy completing an operation"

How can I the resolve my problem ??

Is posible kill this process ??

How can I force the shutdown or delete my vAPP ??

What's the log that I have to check ??

How is posible resolve it ??

The problem was that my VM into the vAPP had a cdroom in a diferent datastore, I tried "add to catalog"

The error into the vcloud log were it:

The solution:

- Stop the system cells the procedure is it:

1. Disable vCenter en vDirector
2. Stop the services into the cells ( vDirector Servers ) using: service vmware-vcd stop. the first in the cell1 and the second into the cell2. If you has a unique cell only has to stop into the cell1.
3. Start the services into the cells. verify than the services finish the start. ( tail -f /opt/vmware/cloud-director/logs/cell.log )

  4. Enable vCenter into the vDirector

  5. Reconnect vCenter into the vDirector

  6. Force shutdown vAPP

  7. Delete de VMs o vAPP
