How to enable email notification in vcd?

Hello,

Can anybody answer to my following queries please?

1) I would like to get email notifications when a vApp,VM,catalogue etc are created/removed in an organization. Is it possible?

2) How I can get reporting of VM usage (cpu,memory etc) of an organization for billing purpose?

For billing purpose you can either use Chanrgeback or vRB. Not sure for vAPP creation/removal (may be vCOPS).
