How to change eth1 (management) IP on Cloud Director appliance?

Hi, vCloud communities

I would like to change the IP address of eth1 on VMware Cloud Director. I already saw the following KB, but It seems that this information is suitable for old versions of vCloud director only. For instance, our cloud director is an appliance, and we don't use either MSSQL or Oracle DB.
