Hot-add memory and CPU

Can you do a hot-add memory and cpu at vCD level? I know it is a feature available at vSphere level. Thanks

Yes, you can do it within VCD as well. It's an option on each VM within your vApp.  The vSphere version you're running on and the guest OS must support it though (Windows 2008R2 and higher/RHEL 6).
