Get error on adding a VM template to vcloud director from Marketplace

Hi guys,

I have a Token ID in vmware marketplace & add it to my vcloud driector ALP.

when add a VM (not container) from marketplace after while I faced below Error on VCD:

query did not return a unique result: 2

Also below Error on my vCenter:

The task was canceled by a user.

The object 'vim.VirtualMachine:vm-3644' has already been deleted or has not been completely created

As we know, when adding VM from marketplace instead of Container, our request send from ALP server to vmware marketplace, then vcloud start downloading the VM template from AWS S3 directly. our ports and connections are working and smoothly connect to AWS S3.

Any one can help me ?

It's better to say when I want to deploy an OVF from vAPP section (vCloud Director) also faced this error too.
