Externalize Network or IP

Hi All,

I'm new to vCloud and I am interested in providing public external IPs for our private cloud. Are there any best practices or recommendations with this approach.

I'm thinking that we will need to create a vNetwork Distributed Switch and portgroup "External Network" to do this.
